1. Repair Service Guarantee
We stand behind our repair services with a 90-day warranty. If your device experiences the same issue within this period:
- We will diagnose the problem free of charge
- If the issue is related to our repair, we will fix it at no additional cost
- If we cannot fix the issue, we will provide a full refund of the repair cost
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- The repair was unsuccessful and the original issue persists
- The device was damaged during our repair process
- The repair was not completed within the agreed timeframe
- You cancel the repair before work begins
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- New issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by user after repair
- Repairs declined after diagnostic fee is paid
- Customer-supplied parts that prove to be defective
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our service center within the warranty period
- Provide your repair order number and explanation
- Return the device for inspection if requested
- Allow up to 7 business days for review
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Diagnostic Fees
Our diagnostic fee policy:
- Repairs completed but customer is not satisfied
- Parts ordered but repair is cancelled
- Services paid for but not rendered
6. Parts and Materials
Regarding parts used in repairs:
- Special order parts are non-refundable once ordered
- Used parts are covered by limited warranty only
- Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our warranty
7. Cancellation Policy
For repair cancellations:
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- Partial refund if cancelled during repair (parts and labor deducted)
- No refund if cancelled after repair is complete
